Rooted, operated by evolveapp, offers a 30-day money-back guarantee on all paid subscriptions (Ascend monthly and Ascend annual). If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your initial order date.

Cancel anytime

You can cancel your Ascend subscription at any time in your account settings or via paddle.net. Cancellation stops future billing; you keep access until the end of your current billing period.

How to request a refund

Payments are processed by our reseller, Paddle.com, which is the Merchant of Record for all Rooted orders. To request a refund:

  1. Visit paddle.net and look up your purchase using the email you used at checkout.
  2. Submit a refund request through the Paddle portal, or
  3. Contact evolveapp at hellosupportevolvelogin@gmail.com and we'll coordinate with Paddle on your behalf.

Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time. When you cancel, your premium access continues until the end of your current paid billing period, after which the subscription will not renew. Upgrades take effect immediately and are prorated by Paddle.
